We met Mufasa, a 200+ pound Mastiff. Mufasa is a service dog (assists his owner when his owner has a seizure) and is a certified therapy dog. The club here has just 10 active dogs. The owner spoke about visiting assistive living care facilities where patients are often confused and think that the dog that’s coming into the room is their own. He says it’s best to just run with that and tell the person how well the dog is being cared for and that you will visit again. So nice to meet this person and his dog!
