Please come to the Humane Society of San Bernardino’s Walk for the Animal’s event on May 20. Our very own Ginger, the miniature schnauzer from Redlands, is one of dogs receiving the Hero award. Ginger and her owner – Mary-Jean Stevenson, work with veterans suffering from depression and PTSD. Ginger’s talents include being of comfort to those in pain, as well as walking on her hind legs and “dancing.” While RWCP won’t have a booth, our group will be on the 3rd base line at 11:00 for the award ceremony. Come and be part of the cheering section as we honor Ginger.
